There are a few people who enter our lives and leave an indelible imprint–Tosca Lee is one of those for me. The obvious part is she’s beautiful. But there’s an incredible depth and intelligence in Tosca that forces me and others to admire her. I’ll never forget the night I won a Christy–she jumped up from her seat as I came off the stage and gave me a huge hug, celebrating with me. Like you, I have a stack of To-Be-Read books sitting on my desk, more on my small bookshelf, and entirely too many on the bookcase behind me (that’s intentional–if I don’t look behind me, I don’t feel as guilty that I’m so far behind on reading).  But I love books, and I’m always looking for hot new reads. Wow! It appears 2012 is shaping up to be an awesome year for fiction!! One of my favorite things to do is browse sites like Christianbook.com and Amazon to see what books are coming up. And let me tell you–2012 has some awesome looking reads. Or in the words of my daughter, “schmexy” books.
